These terms govern your use of this website (rova.wildorbit.co), operated by Wild Orbit ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Please note: rova is an app that helps you discover great things to do near you, and it is currently in development. This website lets you register early interest. No app is available to buy yet, and no payment is taken. Any prices shown are indicative of intended future pricing and may change.
1. Early access & no purchase
Signing up registers your interest in rova and, where you choose, your preferred plan and payment method. This is not a purchase, a contract of sale, or a subscription. You will not be charged, and we do not collect payment details. We may contact you when rova is available, including with a founding-member offer.
2. The product may change
rova is under active development. Features, pricing, availability and launch timing may change or may not happen at all. Nothing here is a promise that a specific feature or price will be offered.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to sign up.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse our forms, submit other people's details without permission, or interfere with its security.
5. Intellectual property
The rova and Wild Orbit names, logos, content and design are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
